Publication Snapshot Overview

Use the Publication Snapshot feature to see previously published versions of product content to recipients accepting brand-managed, GDSN and Syndigo Verified data publications. You can choose to restore attribute data back to any of the previously published content.

View a Publication Snapshot

1. Navigate to a Product Details page and select a Recipient Requirement set. At the top of the Publication Checklist you will see a rolodex of previous publications listed with the publication date.
   • Note: The current unpublished version defaults to the Draft version.
2. Click View to view any of the previously published versions sorted by date published.
   • Note: The previously published content is read-only. Click View on the Draft Content version to make any changes to your data.

Restore Attributes to Previously Published Data

1. After selecting a Recipient Requirement Set, click View on a previous version.
2. Click Restore this Version at the top of the Product Details page.
3. Select attributes you want reverted by placing a check mark on the left.
   • Note: You can Select All at the top to revert all attributes. You can also use the search bar to find specific attributes.
4. Click Revert at the bottom to revert your selected attributes to the previous data.

Changes Since Last Published Filter

The Issues filter dropdown menu on the Product Details page allows users to see the changes made to the Draft Content version since the last publication. Select the Issues filter and click Changes Since Last Published to view the attributes that have changed since the last publication to the selected recipient.
