Content Requests allow suppliers to manage items shared by recipients using the new Assortment Management workflow available through the Connections tab. This workflow replaces the legacy Attribytes View My Product (VMP) experience and creates a direct, streamlined connection between the recipient’s product information and the supplier’s account. With built-in collaboration tools, suppliers and recipients can more easily confirm, link, and manage product information. This improves product transparency, simplifies data updates, and supports ongoing communication between both parties.

Scorecard
- Shows item-level readiness and overall completeness.
- Ability to regenerate scorecards and view the most recent prior iteration available for comparison.
- Content scorecards will still be distributed through email to you, as you receive them today, however recipients have additional flexibility to customize the cadence and date of distribution. This will be a benefit to you as a supplier, as you may not receive all scorecards from all of your recipient partners on the same day every month.
- By selecting Regenerate Scorecard, you can generate a real-time, updated scorecard to share your latest content optimization progress. Please note that product information will only update in the regenerated scorecard after the recipient has reviewed and accepted the submitted changes.
- Note: Many of the recipient’s content scorecard criteria will align with their publication requirements; however, some recipients – like PFG and Shamrock have additional optimization requirements for content scorecards above and beyond Publication requirements.
- These additional requirements will be visible on the Product Details page for products. When you select the recipient requirement set, you will be able to view ‘Recommended attributes.’ These will not impact the publication readiness score, but will provide visibility up front in the publication process for the attributes a recipient wants for full product completeness. Populating these in your product creation, update, and publication process will ensure that you meet the content scorecard criteria for those recipients.
- From the left-hand navigation panel, select Connections.
- Click on the Recipient you would like to view.
- Click on the Recipient Scorecard tab.
- Click on Generate New Scorecard button.

Supplier Access (Two Types)
- Full Syndigo Clients. These users get the complete toolset, full product index visibility, the ability to edit product data, and full publishing capabilities. Essentially, they can manage their content end-to-end without restrictions.
- Suppliers using an access-level service have a limited, read-only experience within the platform. These users can open and view product details and may accept or reject items, but they cannot edit product information, publish updates, or access the full product index. Their role is focused solely on reviewing and responding, not managing or updating content. If a supplier works with an alternate data pool, all product edits and republishing must be completed directly through that data pool. These users can open and view product details and may accept or reject items, but they cannot edit product information, publish updates, or access the full product index. Their role is focused solely on reviewing and responding.
