For seasonal decor items, would a battery-operated product qualify as powered or not powered?
Also, for the same type of product - in IDM would it be considered electronic?

I have set up my item and my pallet, but when I try to link the each to the pallet, the item is not available. I have double checked the GTIN for the each and it is correct. Does anyone have a thought on what else to check? Thank you.
