Is there a way to get certain lines to populate when I create a new items?  For example, when I create an item, there are a lot of lines that are yes/no.  It takes a lot of time to put these in when on every item, they are always the same.  Also the ...

When creating a new item, I'm now asked to enter a 14 digit GTIN when before I only entered 12 digits.  Am I to put two zeros in front of the UPC?  Example - old way - 01018104162.  New way?? - 0001018104162.Thanks for any help.
