In Classification and Identification section, what does Is Barcode Symbology Derivable mean? I never know whether to use True/False or blank? Thank you.

I was told to leave it blank (not tru, not false) IF my packaging has the room to print and display the barcode. This is set tru for very small items (medical instruments example) where barcode will not fit.
