As you work to complete the QA process in IM to utilize the Kroger API, you could receive CIC responses letting you know areas that require your attention and correction per item.  Here is a common CIC and how to correct it in Item Management..

Product Description Error: PI9001=You are not enabled at 1WorldSync to send the recipient top-off data.  The item is accepted, but the additional recipient top-off data is not.

How to Resolve: This error message occurs when suppliers apply the Kroger playlist without having their data migrated from VIP and published to the existing Kroger VIP GLN 00111100000119.

To resolve this issue, please begin the migration from VIP to IM by getting signed up in our Migration Queue.  Join the 1WorldSync Migration Queue by clicking HERE and scrolling down to the bottom of the page so you can complete the online form.  

Once your migration from VIP to IM is complete, you can start the QA process. 

If you have not migrated and need to get information to Kroger urgently, please use the existing process without applying the Kroger Playlist in IM.
