Hi. Is it possible to have someone check the status of getting these three items through the Certified Items API GLN? They're showing as synchronized with the API Certification Queue GLN, which means 1WS is supposed to publish them to the Certified Items GLN, correct? I did see them in the Sync Exception report the other day for two fields that it said to populate, which I did. I hit Resend on them but I don't see them as being sent to the Certified Items GLN. Do I need to publish them? What am I supposed to do? Our broker says they need the IMFs by tomorrow. What should I do?

10036200432065 received a SYNCHRONISED CIC from the 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API queue on the 1st June. An IMF was not sent with this CIC because the item was missing Kroger Hierarchy information: the Geographic Regions grid and the Event Type, Event Code, Kroger Item Submission Reason Code fields. Please add this data, Validate, then keep an eye on the REPORTS > Sync Status report /WORKLIST for any possible errors.

10072412124244 and 10072412124237 received a REVIEW CIC from the 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API queue with the messages below, visible in the Sync Status report:
Error:For [publishedGtin:10072412124244], Attribute value is not valid. [@Regions.Division Duplicate values are not allowed]

Please correct the Geographic Regions grid on both GTINs, Save the changes, then keep an eye on the publication status using the Sync Status report.
