Product Image Not Available at Time of Set Up

Hello!

Our company has several vendors that work with Kroger where their products are not produced at the time of set up in 1 world sync and therefore we cannot provide a product image. Since we have to have a product image to send to API is there anyway to bypass API and send the item set ups in item management directly to Kroger and go back and complete API once we have product images?

Yes, please, you can bypass the image requirement by adding First Ship Date/Time (Start Availability Date) on the Each level more than 3 weeks out. Once the product image is available, you can then add it and update the dates as needed, please, to have the correct and required data synced with Kroger. Thanks.
