Product Type For Lowes - Will ship a display with 2 different products

Hello,

We will be shipping Lowes a 1/4 pallet display that will contain two different products.  If I chose "pallet" as the product type, the Ti/Hi will not match the qt of the child items linked.

For example:

The Winter Display 1/4 Pallet will contain two shelves filled with products.  The top shelf will have 32 items, the bottom shelf will have 12 items (different than the top shelf).

If I fib on the Ti/Hi, I get an error.  When speaking to Lowes, they told me to call 1WS to see what product type to use.  1WS told me to call Lowes and ask them which product type they will accept.  When I spoke to Lowes again, she said she thinks it's pallet but not sure.

The GTIN for the item that I've created is 50810821026821 if you want to look at what I've done so far.

After this one is set up correctly, I will need to do a second pallet that will still have two shelves, but between the two shelves, there will be 3 different products.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us via the community.  One reason Lowe's may have asked you to contact us is that they have some strict rules about the hierarchy structures they will accept.  You can see more details on what they accept here:  https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Knowledge-Articles/Accepted-Hierarchy-Structures-by-Lowe-s/ta-p/...

I looked at the GTIN you mentioned but see you have not yet linked any GTINs to it so I could not get a strong sense of your goal by looking at a hierarchy structure.  I will advise you that typically, Lowes will not allow a structure with a Display as the parent GTIN (see link).  They also do not have a hierarchy structure in their ist that allows you to publish two different consumer units on the same display/pallet.  Unfortunately, they do not have a manual process to allow for these either.

Please take a look at the details I shared and if you need to send multiple consumer units, you could try sending in a Case/Each configuration and provide the non-GTIN pallet TI/HI attributes.
