Hello @niteishk and welcome back. I moved your question to our board for UNFI for better tracking, future use, and in case they would like to take a look with you. The UNFI Recipient Space has a lot of helpful information as well so please keep that in mind.

When publishing to your trading partners, part of the goal can be to send content from your end that matches what they expect on their end. For example, if they expect you to publish content for a Case with 100 Eaches in it and you instead publish a Case with 50 Eaches, you can encounter errors like this.

I recommend you look at your link quantities to make sure they match what UNFI expects on their end. You may have to update the quantities or work with UNFI to adjust what they see on their end to pass this error.

In most cases with the pack different message, it is best to reach out directly to datasync@unfi.com to get into item specific details.

For 00708971929923 the UNFI system as a 24 pack; your publication is for a 1 pack.

Hi, team!

we have the same issue:

Case pack i indicate "1" as we sell this particular product in bulk. For ex. GTIN 00773479292985 - 150 strudels in one case in bulk. So, isn't it right to show case pack as "1" if there is not inner pack? or should i write 150 in Total Count of All Products cell?

Hello @Kateryna and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out and thank you for the kind words, it is our pleasure to help.

For bulk items the Total Count of All Products will need to be 1 otherwise the system will ask you to link a child item to it for which you would not have a barcode.

If they would like for you to add additional information for the content of the product, Net Content & UOM - Vendor and Net Content Override: would need to reflect the contents of your product. You can use the Albertsons Attribute List & Requirements to read more about the definition of those attributes which I also attached below:
