Sam's Club Publication - Selling Middle Level

We published all of our items as Case - highest level (Case -> Display -> Pouch) - to most of the customers, everything synced besides Sam's Club. The CIC status showed "RECEIVED" but we couldn't find it on the IDM side.

The Sam's Club support team believe that caused by the item level we setup few years ago. The selling level setup for Sam's Club IDM is Display (middle level) instead of Case. I'm wondering if we can change some indicators on each level and republish the Case level again to Sam's Club that won't affect other publications.
