Hi.

I received communication from Sam's Club that stated more training videos would be provided in the upcoming weeks, but when I use the link provided it does not work. Where can I find additional videos? This is the link that was provided: 1WorldSync.com/samsclub.

Additionally, what playlists do I need to have active in order to successfully mark all attributes expected for Sam's Club? Right now, I am using the Basic Item Setup Playlist and the Sams- Beauty, Personal Care & Hygiene Playlist, but a significant number of attributes are still missing when the item flows over to IDM.

Also, how do I get the updated attributes in 1Sync to flow over after the item is already in IDM on the Sam's Club side?

Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

Sam's Club does have some pre-recorded IDM trainings within Retail Link

The Path to once inside Retail Link: Retail Link → Apps → Sam’s Item Data Management → Help (“?” in the top right hand corner of the homepage)

Sam's does have open office hours each weekday from from 12-3 CST to respond to any questions suppliers may have https://walmart.zoom.us/j/91358013335

On 6/29, I took part in the Sam's Club training. However, I still need some questions answered that were not addressed during or after the training.

What playlists do I need to have activated in order to capture all attributes expected for Sam's Club successfully? Right now, I am using the Basic Item Setup Playlist and the Sams - Beauty, Personal Care & Hygiene Playlist, but many attributes are still missing when the item flows over to IDM even though it validates successfully on the 1WS side.

Also, how do I get the updated attributes in 1WS to flow over after the item is already in IDM on the Sam's Club side? Ast instructed, I have republished these items as new but I am still having issues with IDM receiving all of the information.

I learned that the Sam’s Club training deck has been loaded into Retail Link. The presentation itself will be posted within IDM in Sam's Retail Link.

Sam's has pre-recorded IDM trainings within RL - Retail Link → Apps → Sam’s Item Data Management → Help (“?” in the top right hand corner of the homepage)

The latest Implementation Guide was posted this morning so that should answer your questions regarding the playlist and the required attributes.
