      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe the Sam's Club new portal(?) is not getting the full hierarchy data and my sales team is having to enter in information by hand.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I asked her WHY she was needing specific information (Pallet level GTIN#) she indicated that she and others have been told that IDM&amp;nbsp;@Sams is not yet pulling data from IM?&amp;nbsp; Are the systems talking to each other?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and thanks for reaching out.&amp;nbsp; The Sam's backend and IM are talking but not all content is enabled yet. Sams is in rollout mode and will get there, but the mapping and modeling work is ongoing. I believe the plan is to be fully up next year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
