&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the note and the catch in the documentation. There are a number of valid values (VV) which are in the 1WorldSync solutions which, while in a GDSN attribute, will not sync out of 1WorldSync to recipients using a GDSN CIN Message. This covers the needs of markets and recipients that utilize 1WorldSync as a technology partner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this case, you are correct that "radiation" is not a GDSN code. However, it has been used in IM for our technology partners since 2008.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have updated the Item Management Participant Dictionary to correctly note this. This document will be released on or about September 5, 2025.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
