Welcome to the Community</P> <P>When reviewing your hierarchy it does display that the hierarchy is set up to read 1 "Case" consists of 6 "Each". However, it does show on our end the "Case" level has not been listed but, the "Each" level has been submitted to the recipient without the "Case" which is why it reads "1" on their end.
