They want me to change UOM, but I can't?

I’m trying to submit an item to Kroger..and I received a response back that they wanted me to change the net content quantity and unit of measure.

Good enough, I did have to change it,….but, the choice I need to pick, is not in the pulldown menu?
I want to write 12 fluid ounces, because, they asked me to. I only see ounces and I know that won’t fly.

I'm starting to think i'm not in the right place. I see this in the Family Tree.

Any suggestions? On the 1WS item management side, it says 12 fluid ounces. This is in VIP that i need to change.

Hello @jackieb and welcome to the customer community. In VIP, Kroger offers you a way to indicate these types of changes for your item.

I had done that...Oh, i don't think i can show a picture.

Can i have you look and see., you could see how many times I changed it.

My GLN: 0613008000004. and the item is: 00613008763831.

If you can see? I have seen others give their info.

If you flip the override to yes and make it the value they need, it should then work for you...

Ok, I want you to know, I tried that! But, you are the Jedi, so i will do as you say. hehe.

Thank you, I could be back if it still doesn't accept it. Oh, let me ask, because i read some thing, does it matter, that this is a "package" and not a unit or case?

If it's not accepted, is there a person i tell at Kroger, so they will accept it? I believe these are just generated, after validations?

I got this message in red above, so as you can see, i took out the top 12 fluid oz. I will let you know if I get another note.

I'm curious also, do I need to submit again when i make changes, or do these send when I save?

I was able to make some changes to the Net Content area which got the item into Complete status.

We should be good to go!

Thank you so very much for your help. I actually left work sick yesterday after this. I appreciate the help! I didn't know how that was going to get over. Strangely enough, there are a few other items, that are just like that one..but, they didn't get that message?

Good Morning Again,

1WS always playing tricks. It falls back to not accepting it. This is today, now.

Yesterday, someone did get back to me from Kroger, and they showed me where they wanted it to say 16 fluid ounces..and, it did i told them! And showed them. But they didn't get back to me.

Hello @jackieb . We took another look this morning and noticed something we want to call to your attention. You made the update but need to select NEW for the changes to flow through to Venus
This could be why your Cat Manger isn't seeing it.

Ahhh, ok, but that change, is through the VIP no? So, i have to go back in to IM to publish through there as NEW? Did I get that right? Plus, i never changed that in IM, because, it always said it there.

I will try it again for sure, but, just wanted to get that out.

OOOOH, ok, I'm new to the VIP side. I only usually do the IM, and then we have our brokers and sales do the VIP side. I will go give it a shot. Thank you both for your help.

Net qty & content should be the package as a whole - which would not be 12 oz.

i was wondering that..but, the message said, to change to fluid ounces..not that they didn't like the number. I was wondering. I was actually writing w/ someone there? and, they never got back to me. I did just write them that i have the imf email?
