Item Question for Specific Attribute

Hey Community,

I am in search of answers for one of my products I am trying to get published. My retailer that is pulling my product information has let me know that one of my products has a attribute that is filled out incorrectly. The only problem is the attribute they have provided does not show on my side of things, even with all playlists populated.

The Item in question GTIN: 10722776004422

The Error showing: "In Box Cube Dimension UOM" (OZA is not in choice list)

If you could assist in some clarification or maybe help me edit this attribute that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @masonboedeker and welcome back. I was taking a look at that GTIN and saw the validation errors then no longer see them. Did you make an update to correct them?

I made some changes but not specifically to that error code. So in the time that I was fixing the other errors I may have corrected it without knowing.

My recipient has reached out and has said that same error is showing up. What could be the reason behind this?

Hello,

Please verify the recipient you are receiving this error for as it shows Synchronized with UNFI and no review message regarding your dimensions from any of the additional recipients. Once we receiving this information it will allow 1 World Sync to take a deeper look at the recipients request to assist you in the specific values they accept for the attribute.

Hi @masonboedeker, thanks for reaching back out! The error on your Each level item can be resolved by first opening item 00722776004425 in Item Management and then activating the "All Populated" playlist:

Once uploaded, you can then select the "Nutritional Information" header, found to the left in the "Item Attribute Sets" window:

Once you are taken to the "Nutritional Information" section, you can scroll through and see that the Nutrient Calories from Fat (ENERPF) Nurtrinet Type Code is missing, though the error requires this for your Each Item:

You can add this by scrolling to the bottom of the Nutrient list and then selecting the plus ( + ) sight, found in the upper-right side of the last Nutriet Detail box:

Once you have added the Nutrient Calories from Fat (ENERPF) Nurtrinet Type Code and saved your change this will fix the error regarding item 00722776004425.

The error for item 10722776004422 seems to indicate the Volume Unit of Measure, Fluid ounce (US), is not accepted by the Recipient (PFG). You will need to choose a UOM that is acceptable to PFG. Is there an item that has been accepted by PFG with the volume listed? If not, you may need to reach out to them directly to inquire what the accepted UOMs for volume are.
