Wakefern Rejecting Item

Hi Community,

I am working on a Item that is needing to be published to Wakefern and I know Wakefern has a very specific list of item requirements that they want us to follow and I did so, but when I publish the item to Wakefern's GLN it comes back as rejected on my report sync status and does not show me in the CIC detail what was wrong for it so that I can fix this. Is there any way you may be able to give me some insights to be able to get this fixed?

I was able to get the information that I was missing figured out, but now I am running into a issue.

I have information that I have input that is being flagged as a error message saying it need information for that specific field of info. The only thing is that there are some that I do need to add information and there are fields that I have filled out that are showing as incomplete. Do you know why this may be?

I went ahead and added the information that I hadn't inserted so everything should be good to publish but still is showing the error message for the completed information fields!

Thank you for the GTIN. When I look in your worklist for that GTIN I see the list off errors that require your attention. Are you seeing these as well?

Yes I am seeing those as well. The only problem is I have fixed what is missing and I am still receiving the error messages that say I am missing that information.

Looking at the Manage Publications report, it looks like your last repub to override the Rejection was Sept 13. I recommend you go here and republish again to see if the next response you get looks different after your updates.

After fixing the missing information and republishing to retailer it is still giving me the error messages for the data that I just entered. I am not to sure on why this may be happening could it be a glitch in the system that isn't updating the information that I am entering?

Hi Mason,

I understand that you are having issues with your Wakefern publications. I noticed the Display had the Wakefern playlist attached to the Display, but not the children that are attached. The item history is showing a Data Validation Error that is stopping the publications from going out. I recommend getting the Wakefern playlist applied to the children. You will see the content that Wakefern will want for the children.

Once you have that completed and then republished, we can monitor from that point.
