I can see your hierarchy is structured as a single unit.

You will need to have the non-GTIN Ti and HI when publishing to McLane. You did not publish those Pallet GTIN to McLane, so they will not impact the need for non-GTIN content.

Please remove the 2 lower fields and leave them blank, save your changes.

You should get back a response on the changes pretty quickly.

synchronization error

Good morning,

We have a notification in worklist - synchronization of a modify for item (GTIN 00773479103984) was completed with warnings:

Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti must not be provided if Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti is provided.;R01862: Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi must not be provided if Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi is provided.;IM:36: WARNING: Product Description should be at least 40 characters.;IM:62: WARNING: Please provide a recommended set of Search Key Words for Product (tradeItemKeyWords) for the product.;IM:59: Quantity of Next Level GTIN within Inner Pack and Inner Pack are both required if either is provided.;

The main point is that we don't sell this product for McLane, we do sell it to other customers and for the others the product updates were successful.

The info in bold is contradicting, because I removed the number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi as well as Ti as we have GTIN pallets. The notification hasn't changed then. It remained the same sayng to provide the info about the non-GTIN pallet.

Could you please look into it and clarify what should be done with it?

Thank you in advance.

Hi, @jcharles !

the matter is that we sell this product to Albertson's as well and they require that we indicate Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN /Pallet GTIN Ti & HI. So if i remove the 2 lower fields, it will affect the publication for them...

is it possible not to pay attention to such contradictions within one product being published to different customers with the specific demands?

Thank a lot for quick responses.

Hello @Kateryna and thanks for the additional information.

I have attached an article that covers in what situation you would need to populate TI/HI attributes depending on what data you're sending to your retailers:

https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Knowledge-Articles/Populating-TI-HI-Attributes-for-Lowe-s-Publications-in-IM/ta-p/49https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Knowledge/TI-HI-Validations/ta-p/1476

This is not only valid for Lowe's but all trading partners, NON GTIN Pallet Ti/Hi are used when you do not have a pallet GTIN in your hierarchy but want to communicate what a pallet would look like for you. Please let me know if I can provide additional information. Thank you!
