Republishing to McLane

Good afternoon,

I had to republish an item to McLane as New, but it's not showing up to top off in PI. Can anyone please help me on this?

I've checked the sync status report and error reports, but nothing is showing up.

I've included the item and where it was republished as new.

I'm wondering if I should withdraw the publication and then republish.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm also having a similar issue with Albertsons.

I've republished but it's not flowing through to them.

Can anyone help with either of these?

I got the Albertsons on figured out. Just need help with the McLane one now.

Hello, @A_Flower, and welcome back!

While checking the item history for GTIN 10030800003250, I noticed that a regular Publish was sent to McLane, which would not resend the already published item.

The Republish operation should be used instead to resend an item ID that was published in the past. Please click HERE for the steps.
