Our "Femcare products GTIN's GTIN's 10078300140396 / 10078300140440 do not have a shelf life. can i somehow enter "unlimited”? I tried, but it gives me an error. How can i get past this? Thank you, Audrey

Attributes Minimum Days of Shelf Life at Arrival & Minimum Days of Shelf Life from Production are optional attributes and only allow numeric values, if you are publishing to recipients that require a value for one or both attributes, I would recommend reaching out to your trading partner contacts to ask if they interpret any value as unlimited.

Hi Dan, me again. I've been asked my our sales team to enter "No Expiration" for attributes "Lifespan from Arrival" and "Lifespan from Production" for GTIN's 10078300140396 / 10078300140440. Is there someway I can do that without a numeric value?

Welcome back!

Regrettably, for the 'Minimum Days of Shelf Life from Production' attribute, Dot Foods requires a numeric value. Given that your product shelf life is 'unlimited,' I suggest entering '999' within the attribute.

After entering the numerical value, you should be able to validate and save.
