Kroger VIP error

I have published an item to kroger and keep getting this error in PI, but when I go in to edit the item all of these are left blank. I also tried to go into IM to correct but cannot find anything to correct.

KR5447 Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Basis and Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Basis UOM must either all be provided or all be left blank. Item (10029714155537)

I found info in their guide; product pre-priced is marked as NO, so I have to put an MSRP. Is this correct?
