How can i get rid of old requests of discontinued items?

Good morning,

I have a couple of subscribers in IM with requests of items that are either discontinued or not our items at all.

Is there a way to delete these requests?

For example: UNFI has 180 items requested with 53 not created.

When I click on the 53, the items are all discontinued items or not our items at all.

I also noticed that the recipient box on the left has several different GLN's and I thought UNFI was only using 1 master GLN.

I'm attaching a screenshot.

Wakefern is the other subscriber with similar requests.

Hello A_Flower. It is good to "talk" to you again. We really appreciate your participation in the community. I know you are a savvy user but just in case, want to make sure you know about this area we recently added for Content Readiness: https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Content-Readiness/tkb-p/ContentReadiness

For the UNFI multiple GLNs showing in that report, and the fact their actual GLN is not showing in the report, I sent that to our Product team this morning after looking at the details you sent and trying that out on my end as well. The good news is, if you remove those GLNs in the results and add the UNFI Corporate publication GLN, there are no results. You can also comment on those that are requested but do not exist as needed.

For the items that are discontinued, can you confirm they are not published to any trading partners and if so, are you considering adding the Discontinued Date so they will un-register?

I received an update from our Product Team. The self-removal of discontinued items, items no longer being sold to a recipient, and items that made it into CR upload that aren't their items will come in a future release and users will be able to manually remove those items from being counted/scored. We are looking into the UNFI GLNs.

I have gone in and added messages to the items. I put "This is a discontinued item" or "This is not a Spangler Candy Company item/GTIN".
