I signed the addendum for DAM, but it is still not allowing me to use it. I also don't understand how to add an external file link. Where exactly do I put the link? and how do i get a 1worldsync link??

Hi sir, I also have the same issue to upload the image on VIP.

I have signed and sent addendum for DAM per request, but till today, they still can’t have upload the image into system successfully. Please help to look into this case and help to have this function active for following in urgent. Thanks.

Hello @WindyWu Can you confirm you are trying to upload images in the Product Introduction? What error are you getting when uploading?

hi~ I attached the screenshot image for your reference. we can't upload image on VIP that you can see the camera mark is unable to work.
