How do I send a Change By Refresh Message?

I published an item and two recipients sent back to update the same information and to Please send back a Change by Refresh Message.

I've searched for a video in the Education and Training customer community section of 1WS and can't find one on this subject.

Hello and thank you for reaching out. This typically means you can provide an update after any requested changes but do not have to publish it again. If you have an item that is successfully published and receive that request if you make your changes and Save in IM, the system will generate a new CIN message that is received by the recipient as a Modify which is what they are requesting. You can also do this without making any changes via what we call a Ghost Modify. For this one, you simply change your Effective Date on the item to today and Save it.
