Nutrient Format Type Code Reference Code (Case Error)

I for the life of me can’t find the last error needed to submit the item. Below is the error popping up, I was able to change Item Nutrient Format Type Code. For some reason I can’t find Case Nutrient Format Code in the Each portion of Case.

KR16331 Nutrient Format Type Code Reference Code is required when Nutrient Type Code and Item Submission Reason Code are populated. Item (10070800041036)

Good morning. I took a look at your GTIN. if you add the "Food and Beverage Products" playlist to your item you will see that and other related attributes. Please take a look and let m know if you have questions.

Hey there - i am getting a similar error for our casepacks (CASE), but I don't have the option to pick the Nutrient Type Code for that package, only for the EACH.

Any recommendations?

Hello @desalvoc, Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome. If an attribute cannot be found on the product you are having the error for, then you need to unhide all the sections.

How to unhide all the attributes in Product Introduction is covered in the attached article PI Workflow - How to See All Attributes & Find the Class Attributes.
