Number of Items/Pallet on Base Unit

Hello - we are receiving items back in REVIEW status for missing the 'Number of Items/Pallet' on the base unit/lowest level (Each product type).

How would we populate these if the base unit can be used in multiple packaging configurations (6x1-gallon vs 2x1-gallon)? The quantity per pallet would be different per packaging configuration (Case product type).

The first GTIN I saw this on was - 00026700161537

I did some testing with the ti/hi fields and the error went away. Not sure if that is the right way to fix this - I seem to remember when we first transitioned to 1WS the ti/hi fields were erroring out and needed to be populated with 1x1 for the base.

I did, it wasn't until the ti/hi values were removed when the IM error disappeared. I am also waiting on all the recipient CIC responses to see if it clears the publication issue.

I am still waiting for all the recipients to respond to the update made to see if it resolves the publication issue.
