December 1 - Is there a delay in processing M2M transactions?

Good morning,

We have noticed that our M2M transactions to IM have not been getting acknowledged since yesterday afternoon (November 30) - e.g. we are not receiving CATR and GIRR files back.

Is there a delay or backlog for Item adds, links, and publications being sent to IM?

Good morning and thank you for reaching out. We are seeing a delay that was escalated to our tech teams this morning. I see conversations where we are looking into this. As soon as I have more details, I will share here as well.

Hello, from our perspective, it appears that the delay/backlog caught up about 2 pm ET yesterday.
