Invalid Organization Kroger Error

I am updating Feature benefits exclusively to Kroger and I am getting a hard stop error indicating the below. I have completed this exercise multiple times on other items so I am not sure what is triggering this error

tried again today and got no errors - - not sure why but we can say YAY!
