Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us via the community platform. There are a few ways you can do this and you already mentioned one with language variations of an item like we see for publications to GS1 Canada recipients. For those recipients, they require a different target market which is another option if your item was sold outside of the U.S. Unfortunately there is no option to show both weight standards at once outside of these instances. Are you working with a different target market recipient?

Hi - in Item Management, is there a way to house both the imperial and metric values for weights/dimensions in one record? I see how to add multiple languages for the various description attributes but not multiple values for the weights and dimensions.

Thanks for the quick response. No, not working with a specific TM recipient. We are actually in the middle of a PIM implementation and looking at ways to streamline our internal processes. Some of our items are sold both inside/outside the US and we were hoping separate records would NOT need to be created for the same product with different metric conversions. It's challenging to manage the multiple GDSN records for the same product. We were crossing our fingers, wishing it was possible since a record can house the different languages. 😀
