IM Validation PREPROD vs PROD

Hi - we are doing some testing in the IM PREPROD environment and have noticed a validation error/warning that is not consistent between PREPROD and PROD. When we sent a CASE record to PREPROD via XML, we received an warning for the attribute 'numberOfItemsPerPallet' indicating this must be provided. We are not getting the same warning message in PROD. Attached is a snip-it of the message.

Good morning. After talking to my colleagues and reviewing updates coming in this weekend's Production release (Nov 20, 2021), I can confirm a few things for you here. In Pre-Prod, the behavior is correct as additional validations have been implemented for the "numberOfItemsPerPallet" attribute. When you populate non-Pallet TI/HI, the attribute numberOfItemsPerPallet will be come required. I am going to create a knowledge article regarding the total process here for the community.

Production will behave the same as Pre-Prod after the Nov 20 release.
