Item coming across in IMF as Multi Case - Consumer in Venus but I chose Shipper in Item Management

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. My IMF that was submitted to Kroger API went to Venus as a Multi Case Consumer instead of a Shipper. The Case UPC Type is Display and in the attribute I chose Shipper. Is there something else that I am doing incorrectly? I did notice that the consumer UPC's did not have the attribute shipper chosen so I did go in and fix those consumer UPC's. Will that fix the issue?

Also when I go into the items to fix it per Kroger's ask do I just save and validate or do I need to republish it. They asked me to resubmit the item but I wasn't sure if it automatically resubmits it for us when we modify the items.

Hello, @Spicegirl, and welcome back to our customer community!

The MODIFY done on the 13th August sent the "Dispatch Unit Is Assorted Case" as TRUE, which would have indicated this item as a multi-consumer case.

I noticed this was updated and sent to Kroger as FALSE yesterday, but Kroger sent an error message back: "The item is not currently active in the Kroger systems and hence cannot be submitted in this manner. "

For items that are not active, please add the "Kroger Item Submission Reason Code field (Kroger Hierarchy attribute set) to trigger a new IMF, then Save, then Validate, then wait for the new CIC to come back in the REPORTS > Sync Status report. This will resubmit the item.

@ana_neamtu thank you for your quick response. I followed the steps that you noted below, in the "Kroger Item Submission Reason Code Field" I chose reusable shipper as the option, saved and validated. I will wait and check the sync status report for the new IMF. Also thank you for providing the link to designate an item as a shipper. This is very useful to have.
