Kroger VIP - Continuing To Receive Messages From Product Introduction

Good morning team!

I was wondering why we continue to receive emails with messages from Product Introduction asking us to update items in the portal when this is no longer a valid way to do it.

I am still able to go into VIP and see a large number of messages continuing to come through, but no way to address the issues at hand.

Is there a way to stop these emails from reaching us?

Hello @nancyVigo and welcome back.

Those emails are linekd to the items that were submitted through Product Introduction in the past. You will continue to get updates for them as you were either the main contact for them or the last person to submit/edit them.

You can try to go into Product Introduction>My Account and disable the email alerts.

If the emails are coming directly from Kroger, then you might need to talk with their team about not receiving those emails.
