Topping of in PI for McLane

Good morning,

I published several items to McLane first thing this morning, and when I go into PI to top them off it keeps kicking me out and sending me back to the log in screen.

I've been trying for several hours now.

Can you please tell me if anyone else is having this issue?

Can you please help us with the item IDs/ GTINs in question? Also is it possible to try using a different browser and to confirm with us which browser you are using to replicate the issue? Deleting cookies/ clearing the browser cache may also help with such issues.

The GTIN seems to be loading correctly for me at the moment. Is it logging you out when you are trying to perform a specific action, please, or immediately after going into the website or the item? Clearing the browser cache and cookies can help with such issues. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I got all the way to entering the case cost and once I try to save and submit, it kicks me out.

I did clear my browsing history and closed out of all 1Sync and still no luck.

My co-worker tried it under her account and it worked, so we're good to go.

Thank you for the swift response and update @A_Flower. Glad to hear this is now sorted out. We were unable to replicate the issue on our side in this case. We can also recommend trying another browser in similar cases, if needed, please.
