Guidance or best practices for doing a large-scale or “mass” cleanup

In the past, there was a way to download the full dataset into an Excel spreadsheet, make updates, and then re-upload the cleaned data. That said, it’s been a while since I last did this, so the process may have changed. Has anyone come across any updated guidance or best practices for doing a large-scale or “mass” cleanup? We want to essentially audit our outdated products and scents and audit our up-to-date ones with more relevant pictures, product descriptions, etc. So we want to know the best and most efficient way to do this?

Item data can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet (FUSE template) using the Export functionality.
