Walmart - Supplier One

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone is having trouble getting data published to Walmart. When the publication is received in Supplier One, it only shows the GTIN, and the rest of the information is missing. I have verified with 1Worldsync, which confirms the successful publication but there is no CIC message to provide further assistance. If you have encountered a similar issue and successfully resolved it, I would appreciate it if you could share details and the steps taken to fix it.

Can you please help us with the GTIN(s) and let us know, if applicable, if the the item(s) should be a shipper or an assortment for Walmart? We have noticed this issue occuring recently and are trying to understand what is causing it and if we can assist further or if we need to contact Walmart about this. Thank you.

We have encountered this issue regularly for at least 3 years. The information that we can see is the item description, Gtin and very little else. Our team has to actually go in the portal to add what attributes are missing and update those that are incorrect.

We have reached out to 1WS, but I know there's only so much they can see on their end.

We have also reached out to Walmart a number of times with no resolution.

I will follow this thread to get some insight on how to best deal with this.
