Thank you for using our community!

Could you please confirm whether your item should be set up as a Pallet or a Display level? When reviewing the GTIN provided, I noticed it is currently set up as a Display; however, the Display attributes are empty, and your description mentions that it is a mixed pallet.

Additionally, the GTIN shown in your first screenshot appears to be linked to the 3-each item from your second screenshot. Could you please provide us with the highest level GTIN that was accepted so we can compare the two?

Thank you!

Hello 1WS Friends,

Kroger has sent a note saying this:

Below is a screenshot of your IMF, this is how I see it on my end. The item description states it’s a pallet, but the “PID Contains” section is missing.

Please see example below, you will need to reach out to 1WS Customer Service & ask why this area is not populating.

Example: below is an IMF shipper in which includes the Contains under “PID Contains” section.

Your IMF does not contain this.

I went in and clicked on the case levels, to show the consumer units as yes! Did that do what they asked? Rather than looking and telling me themselves that it is now fixed or they see it, they said, ask 1WS customer service. I believe i would have fixed the problem? But, I am hoping, you understand their lingo more than i do. I don't know what it would take to get done what they want, if you could look and assist me?

Thank you, Jackie @ Arizona Bev GLN: 0613008000004.

Gtin if you can't see: 00613008770457...it's a mixed pallet. i believe they can't see the cases that are in it.

True Maria, thank you for the help. This should be a mixed pallet. Not display...though, i did email to confirm that. The main level pallet gtin is: 00613008770457. and the 3 flavors, are the cases in that pallet.

I'm believing you are correct in the statement that this should be mixed and not display.

Usually in a mixed pallet, i do not enter much information.

Hello @jackieb, and thank you for reaching out.

As the product type for your item is currently set as a Display, we recommend changing it to a Pallet type to better reflect your product. After making the update, please Save and Resend so the data can be updated with Kroger.

If the issue persists, we also recommend reaching out to your category manager for further review.

Thank you.
<LI-WRAPPER></LI-WRAPPER>
