Kroger API Certification Queue

So, I've been trying to submit a couple items to the Kroger API Certification Queue. I originally received an error response regarding the Customer Facing Size attribute and Image Facing. I believe I fixed those issues, and since have tried to resubmit these items and have not received a CIC response in return. I also see that in the Kroger API Kickoff Guide that we are supposed to be able to see our progress in the content readiness area. Is there something that needs to be done to activate that line in the content readiness? Any insight is helpful, thanks!

It may sometimes take time to receive messages for all item submissions to the Kroger Certification Queue GLN as the process is not entirely automated and it also relies on human reviews.

Once the data is corrected, please also Republish as New in Item Management from Publications - Manage Publications - instead of from the item page, please. For more details about this, please see Republishing in Item Management. Please note this is different from using the Publish button on the item page and it will be needed for the items to be reviewed again.

Once the items are accepted, the Content Readiness area should also update for you similar to what you can see in the screenshot.
