Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.

Please work with your contact at Gordon Food Service to clarify the publishing level of your hierarchies.

Gordon Food Service does not utilize 1WorldSync as its data pool provider, so we would not have a landing page for them. We do have some implementation guides for non-1WorldSync recipients in the Community, unfortunately, I did not see one for Gordon Food Service.

Hello,

For Gordon Food Services, was looking for info on what level of hierarchy they prefer to have published. Use to be everyone wanted to see published at Pallet level, now I get requests for mostly case/each levels.

Also, how come there is no landing page for Gordon Foods. I thought there used to be. I would have like to read up on anything they may have noted.

Anyone know these answers? Greatly appreciated!
