Hello @hilld3 and thank you for utilizing our customer community. Welcome back.

Yes, you can export all items in a hierarchy on the same spreadsheet. You can go to Products - All Products, check the box in front of the hierarchy you would like to export, choose Export Selected and Take Action to complete the request. You can then download the file from Spreadsheet - Export. We also have a video here - Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL) in Product Introduction for Kroger - and an article here - How to Export A Spreadsheet for Kroger VIP - SDL.

Alternatively, for Non-GDSN items, you can also run an export from Products - Entered Items and select the specific hierarchy levels you would like on the same spreadsheet. We would recommend the first option in the above paragraph though, as already listed items go through a few validation checks and are further along the item setup process.

You can also export a hierarchy with a Complete status as a template for the new items you would like to add as this helps to point out which columns were previously populated for a successfully submitted hierararchy.

Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you and have a lovely day!

I do not need to export from the Kroger portal, I am exporting from IM. I want the each, case and pallet to be sorted together on the export fuse spreadsheet instead of being sorted randomly on the spreadsheet.

Hello @hilld3, thank you for the follow-up and additional details provided.

Item Management allows you to search for mutiple items at one by adding a space between them in the search bar at the top center. Here is a sample search:

You would next check the boxes in front of the items you want exported on the same FUSE file and choose the Export option:

In the Export options, you can keep everything as is except for Include Valid Values, which you can switch to Yes for Item Management to help with dropdowns where only specific values can be added:

Once the export is processed, you can download the Spreadsheet from the Message Center. For more details about the process, we have the FUSE Quick Sheets to assist with more details about each stage of the process and more screenshots.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thanks!
