Publication error due to gross weight issue

Hi Team,

Could you please see below error message while trying to publish and help resolve this?

The GTINs Gross Weight (grossWeight) shall be greater than 96% of the sum of the GTINs Packaging Weight (packagingWeight) and the Gross Weight (grossWeight) of all its next lower-level child items. Combined calculated weight of GTINs Packaging Weight with its next lower-level items is currently: [{0}].

It’s good chatting with you again.

The gross weight of the Pallet should be higher than 96% of the sum of the gross weight values of the Eachs.

The Each gross weight is listed at 3.57 pound and there are 240 Eachs per Pallet, so the gross weight of the Pallet should be higher than 96% * 240 * 3.57 lbs, so higher than 822.528 lbs. However, the current gross weight provided for the Pallet is 509.66 pound, so kindly review and amend the gross weight or update the Links of the item, if 240 is not the correct count for the number of Eachs per Pallet.
