Hello,

We populated "Product Activity Type Code" with the value "Produced in Country" and are now receiving messages back from our data recipients saying that this is not a valid value. However, the value "Produced in Country" populated correctly in IM and shows as an option in the IM Participant Dictionary. Can someone please advise why we are being told it is not a valid value?

Thanks!

Hello,

Welcome to the Community. Please provide the GTIN and recipient you are receiving this error for. When completing an attribute the values may be acceptable by the GDSN however, some recipient only accept certain choices for these fields. Once we receive the GTIN and recipient we can then review the item and its review message to troubleshoot further.

Thanks!

Hello,

When reviewing this GTINs publication for Kroger there is no CIC generated in regards to the "Product Activity Code". Attached below contains a screenshot.

In order for 1 World Sync to review further we would need a recipient whose generated the CIC to verify if they've listed specific values they'd like for the field. If the publication is older than 90 days you will need to preform a republish to the recipient to allow the worklist to generate an updated CIC message.

Thanks

Hi,

This is interesting...we published all of our items' data to 1WS IM (as a data refresh/update) yesterday 5/13. GLNs that already had item publication(s) established, sent this message back to us via our 3rd Party Provider: Error is 654: productActivityTypeCode PRODUCED_IN is invalid ~ Please note: Subsequent synchronizations will be suppressed until action is taken by the Information Provider to modify or correct the error.

I published GTIN 10070640025319 this morning to an actual GLN (0018687000008) and only received feedback saying that the Add had been acknowledged - we did not receive any messages regarding the Product Activity Type Code, even though that attribute is currently populated in 1WS.

Not sure what next steps need to be... we need to make sure our item data is reaching our GLN recipients.

Hello @WellsDataSync and thank you for continuing the use of the community.

From what I can see the error you mentioned: 1. 654: productActivityTypeCode PRODUCED_IN is invalid 654: productActivityTypeCode PRODUCED_IN is invalid is causing the publications linked to it to fail. You would need to talk with your data pool about changing the value and resending the item. If you are not sure what values would be acceptable you would need to ask UniPro, Giant Eagle or another company the item is published to for what the valid value would be.

I looked at the implementation guide https://1worldsync.com/trading-partners/giant-eagle/ of one of them and I do not see any reference of that attribute.

If you have any other questions please let us know.

Hello @WellsDataSync and thank you for continuing to use the community.

My mistake then. I was still seeing your data pool as being Salsify. You should then be able to make those changes in item management and then check the status of the publications How to Publish & Confirm Sync Status in Item Management - Quick Sheets to make sure that the publications do not show up as having failed.

Thank you and have a great day.
