Publishing an inner without messing up all links

Good afternoon,

We have a customer asking us to publish an inner package (as a case) with just the child, however, this particular inner is also linked to several other cases.

Is there a way to do this without messing up all the other links involved?

The GTIN is:

10030800910008 case

00030800911008 pkg

00030800910001 unit

You've hit on a really important point! It's a question we see quite often, and clarifying it will definitely help others too.

Please access the Package 00030800911008 in Item Management and click on the highlighted button to add additional values for Ordering, Dispatch and Invoice indicators for the new retailer only:

I added Kroger as an example only in the screenshot below. Please add the intended retailer instead of Kroger and they will be the only one receiving the 3 indicators with a True value instead of False:

This will not affect any of your other retailers and the already published information to them.

You can leave the Product Type as Package please, otherwise this update will be sent to all other retaielers as well and it may affect current publications.
