Hello,

I have a pending synchronization for product 10065633230948 to 4 customers, including Loblaws. Please confirm if there are any synchronization issues.

Before you can publish your items to a new retailer, you need to make sure that they are subscribed to your company GLN otherwise the publication will remain in PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION for more than one hour which is how much it takes to process your publication request to a retailer who's already subscribed to your GLN.

To verify who's currently subscribed to your company's GLN, please go to Reports - Subscription - Current Subscriptions:

If they do not appear on this list, please get in touch with them and ask them to subscribe to your GLN.

For 1Worldsync partners, you can submit a Trading Partner form online:

https://1worldsync.com/trading-partners/

Once their subscription is visible under Reports - Subscription - Current Subscriptions, you can proceed to publish your items to that retailer's GLN.
