DISCREPANCIES IN CUBE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS

Good morning team!

Please, see attached screen shot of Gtin 20071072012202 showing an error message regarding cube dimension and weights discrepancies.

I have double checked the specs in our system against what I entered in 1WS and they match.

I was wondering if you can shed some light on this so that I can address the issue.

Hello, @nancyVigo. It’s good chatting with you again.

We checked 20071072012202 CA/ 10071072012205 PK/ 00071072012208 EA; the weights and measurements are correct, the volume is also calculated correctly, and I could not see any issue with your hierarchy. The review from Sysco Corporation - 0074865000000 is an old one from 2023.

I recommend checking with the retailer as the item update and information were forwarded successfully from 1WS.
