Can you please help us with the GLN you are working under for us to be able to assist you further? Also, please let us know if the issue is in Item Management for a failed Load Sheet (FUSE) upload or in any of our other systems? Thanks!

Hello @Terrylee, thank you for the swift reply. If you are logged into Item Management, you can find it top right of the page between your username and the company name. The GLN will be a 13-digit long unique company identifier. Thanks!
