Allergen Dairy question

I keep receiving the message below and both the case level and each level has all of the allergens listed with the exception of Dairy. I only see Milk and its derivatives. I do not see a Dairy option. Where should I be looking? As always, thanks in advance for your help!!!

Welcome back to the 1WS Community!

We always recommend adding the Dot Foods playlist to all levels when publishing to Dot Foods. This ensures that all required attributes are included.

I noticed that allergens are present on the CA but not on the EA. We recommend including allergens at the Consumer Level when submitting.

Please add the Dot Foods playlist to both your EA and CA, validate and clear all warnings, and then save. Since you have already published, all updates will sync to Dot Foods, and the CIC warning will clear.

Before proceeding with the publication, we recommend adding the Dot Foods playlists on your Case and Each, validating and then solving all warnings that may come up. For example, for Each 00023709007033 you currently have:

After completing the updates, you can Republish the Case as Initial Load (from Publications - Manage Publications) to Dot Foods to make sure they receive your updates.

I have added the Dot playlist but am still getting review messages that say the allergens must be specified and they list Dairy. I can't find Dairy. All other allergens are reported on both the case and each level. I have Milk listed....Where do I need to go from here?

I can see you have made the requested updated. Dot Foods has not yet updated their Review message dating from February 24th, so they have not reviewed the most recent updates yet. Here is a screenshot from the Sync Status report in Item Management where you can check this:

We also recommend Republishing an item as Initial Load after completing requested updates as mentioned in their Implementation Guide linked just below:

Once you confirm the updates with the retailer and they review the information, the Review message should clear.
