      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just saw the 1WorldSync Incident message here on the community board, so now I know where to look if something in IM doesn't seem to be working.&amp;nbsp; However, I still feel that a message should be posted in IM's message center or dashboard when there are system issues so I don't have to leave IM to look here.&lt;/P&gt;
