Searching for a Published GTIN

Hello,

I am attempting to access the publication that was received into our system (GLN 0077890000007) from Stonyfield Farms (GLN 0052159000011) for GTIN 20052159000817. When I click on the hyperlink under manage confirmations, I receive the error message: "The details for this item are not available; Item Management is not the source data pool for this item." Does this error message mean we won't be able to access the data sent to us through 1WorldSync? I know that Stonyfield is not using 1WorldSync to publish - is that causing the error?

Hello, I am taking a look at this for you. Can you tell me if you are able to see the received published content via the AS2 connection you use as a recipient?

Thank you for your response. I am able to see this in our AS2 connection, but we are not seeing this in the 1WorldSync page.
