I have an item showing up in review with this message: Image: Marketing High Resolution Image attachment is required, Marketing High Resolution Image attachment should only be a JPG or JPEG image. Does anyone know what that means? All of my images in DAM are the above. I don't have any other images. The only other thing I can think of is my Kosher URL.

I would appreciate any input!

Hello! Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to us by way of our new Customer Community. I have reviewed your items that received the error message discussed and have found a PDF attached to both levels of your hierarchy. Please remove this PDF (External File Link) from the Case and Each, then "Save" your items to send the update to the recipient.

Yes, this is the Kosher certificate PDF file.

Thank you! But, I'm confused as to how do I enter the Kosher certificate? Do I just remove the PDF in the File Format Name and leave the URL in Uniform Resource Identifier?

The Uniform Resource Identifier shows the extension as a .pdf, so this would still be processed as such in the recipient's system. Converting the PDF to a JPG will pass the validation that you are getting. The Uniform Resource Identifier and File Format Name should then be a JPG.
